The Science of How What We Believe Becomes Our Reality
Beliefs are powerful things and what we tell ourselves and others tell us can make us better or worse. We all have "our story" and we tell it over and over again both to ourselves and to others. We believe it, we expect it and we project it. When we change our beliefs and our story, we change the outcomes.


Self-Esteem and Behavior
My daughter commented that it was obvious that these insensitive high school students were suffering from low self-esteem to be treating other people that way. This started a conversation about "where do we develop health self-esteem from" and why do some people develop it easily and others not at all.


About Face - Getting Rid of Acne
Any teenager will tell you one of the worst things that can happen in high school is to develop a face full of acne. Clear, unblemished skin is reported by cultural anthropologists as the universal number one, most important aspect of a person's appearance with regard to attracting others.
