The Physical Aspect of Whole Health -consists of our body, its DNA RNA and genetics, the functions of structure and movements, the breathe it requires, the safety or danger it encounters, the stamina or resilience it possesses, the senses of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch it utilizes to relate to its environment, the primal drives to replicate itself, its desire to survive and the impulse towards pleasure and away from pain compromise our physical experiences. To understand the inter-relatedness of the physical body to the other aspects of our health results in a clarity of what our whole health is or can be.
